In order for a person to be considered for treatment options instead of prison or jail, they must show the courts they are serious about fixing their problems. I work closely with my clients to understand their situation and the seriousness of the charges against them.
In preparing my defense, I check issues such as whether the police behaved responsibly, if they obtained any evidence improperly and if they had probable cause to suspect you in the first place.
